Mountain sunset and clouds~SkyWatch Friday 103009

I love to watch the sunsets while I'm up at the ranch with the horses. For some reason, they are just spectacular up there, like this one. A couple of weeks ago, there were clouds in the mountains and I drove up to give a couple of horses some psyllium and spotted this one. SkyWatch Friday for October 30, 2009.

Sometimes I forget that we don't have to travel for hours to see interesting scenery or rock formations! These rocks are only 8 minutes from our home in the desert.
