Hubby and I recently took a Saturday photography class out at Anza Borrego park, near the Salton Sea. We spent the morning doing macro photography, which I thoroughly enjoyed! At one point in the morning, we discovered these flowers blooming out in the desert. I think they are salvia, but I'm going to have to check that! Whatever they were, they intrigued me and I enjoyed photographing them! :-) Macro Outdoor Challenge for February 7, 2011. To see other participants, please do visit:
