This photo was taken in March, 2006 right after a snowstorm from Alaska dumped snow on our local mountains outside of Palm Springs, CA, USA. I like the contrast of the palm trees and the snow!

That is quite a contrast! I love it! We see the same thing happen here in Tucson when it snows on Mt. Lemmon!
