We are fortunate to live within sight of Joshua Tree National Park, although in the last 30 years, we've only visited it three times and two were this year! Wonderful photos. I always think of Joshua trees as stick people. Whenever traveling, I form images in my head of the joshua trees looking like stick people posing and dancing.
It does look fascinating! We'll be coming quite close later this year, so we might try to find it and take a look!
there are whole sections of the country I've never been. wanted to see this since 1987; blame U2.
