My cousin, Don, married a nice gal who grew up down here in the desert. This is her parent's ranch down in Thermal. They no longer live there, and I took a drive out one afternoon after school. Very serene. I miss the Johnsons and their cows and peacocks and geese! I remember the time I got 5 geese from Mr. Johnson and kept them at our HOME! HA! They chased me around the yard~! They were RETURNED to the ranch!
