While driving home after working the horses on Sunday, hubby and I stopped at an overlook. It was late afternoon and I walked out to view more of the desert below while hubby stayed by the car. There was a full moon and I did my best to capture it with my old Olympus camera. Aren't the shadows on the hills pretty? That is a pinyon tree leaning out over the overlook. The pictures are are so lovely. I take lots of them. I sew quilts and the world has so much color. It's funny how I look at things for their hues. I think you must look at it all that way too.

Lovely Pinyon Tree, I never knew that these tress were known as a Pinyon tree. I wonder how old that tree is anyways.
