Dove on saguaro~Sunday Stills 050309
When we drove to Tucson a few summers ago, we visited the Saguaro National Monument. I caught this dove on a saguaro during that trip. Sunday Stills for May 3, 2009.

I love the giant cactus! They can hold so much personality.

Love, love, love saguaro cactus. We lived in Tucson for awhile, and I was always photographing them. Thanks for the memory. :)
Awesome!
Lovely submission. We have cactus on the islands around here and their blooms are something to behold. Loved your pic.
I love cactus!! We have some here in Hawaii but nothing like that.
Mine's up over at my photo blog.
Gosh the Saguaro is huge.....I love the photograph..tiny dove, huge cactus......
Amazing cactus - not something you find in my corner of the world.
At first glance you'd think there wasnt anything living in the desert..just take the time to really look.
Well done, I also enjoyed the tiny red bloom and the Morning Dove..with feet of steel! :)
Nice job, I do remember seeing those as we traveled through Arizona, New Mexico, etc years ago.
